One recommendation is to try a smaller dose and drink plenty of water until you tolerate it better.  Another important consideration is a possible lack of good bacteria in the body.  Good bacteria are important for breaking down material like fiber which we lack the ability to break down.  You may want to consider supplementing your diet with good bacteria to help with any gas you may be experiencing.&lt;/i&gt;

		<description>I have been using Nutrim for several weeks but had to stop because it was giving me lots and lots of GAS. I mix it in hot oatbran cereal every morning and in juice/water in the evening. The gas was unbearable. Since I stopped the Nutrim the gas has subsided. Any suggestions?</description>
