Last week’s challenge:
- Joe challenged everyone to try and eat raw nuts/ seeds at least 2x a week
- Since nuts/ seeds have shown to lower cholesterol in studies, Joe tried to eat nuts more than 2x a week
- Joe also ate nuts and seeds as a snack between meals
Next week’s challenge:
- Mark and Joe challenge you to exercise for 30 minutes at least once this week
- Here is a short list of some of the possible benefits of exercising:
- helps with weight management and fat burning
- helps healthy cholesterol levels
- beneficial for joints
- beneficial for mood
- moderate exercise can benefit the immune system
